1. Prices are recommended as per our latest published price list. The Company reserves the right to change price without prior notification.
2. Payment terms are nett 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Settlement discount of 3% is only allowable for cash received within 14 days of the invoice date.
3. Rosewood reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% above bank base rate on all overdue accounts.
4. All products are sold subject to availability and are not offered on a sale or return basis.
5. All claims for incorrect or damaged deliveries must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
6. The Company shall retain the title to the goods supplied until full payment has been received by the Company.
7. Until such payment, the purchaser shall hold the goods in fiduciary capacity for the Company, in the event of non-payment by the purchaser by settlement date, the company shall be entitled in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where goods may be and recover possession of them. Risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser on delivery at the goods destination.
8. All goods purchased from the Company for resale must be sold by the purchaser only in the condition as sold or prescribed by the Company and in particular all labels, wiring and packaging must remain intact and not be tampered with, altered or obliterated in any way.
9. All contracts of sale are on all monies retention of title basis. In the event of non-payment of account, all goods remain collectable, if any invoice remains unpaid. The identification of specific goods to a specific invoice is therefore unnecessary.
10. Any condition of contract which the purchaser may purport to impose shall form no part of the contract between the purchaser and the Company.
11. The Company maintains a policy of product upgrade and improvement through continuous development. Therefore we reserve the right to change the product specification at any time without prior warning.
12. Minimum order value £300 nett (after discount). Orders under £300 nett (after discount) can be shipped with an additional £10 carrier charge if requested. Orders under £300 nett (after discount) and weighing less than 300gm will be sent by first class mail at a surcharge of £4 if requested.
